Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 409,631,594 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each. Of these Ordinary Shares, 15,619,610 are held as Treasury Shares. Accordingly, as at 31 December 2024, there were 394,011,984 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
