Re: CEO Succession
Ibstock plc announces that, further to its announcement of its CEO succession plan on 11 October 2017, and following his appointment to the Ibstock Board on 2 January 2018, Joe Hudson will be appointed as CEO of the Company with effect from 4 April 2018, on completion of the handover period with retiring CEO, Wayne Sheppard.
Wayne Sheppard, having completed 23 years' service with the Group, will retire from the Board at the same date.
Jamie Pike, Chairman, Ibstock, said: "The Board is extremely grateful to Wayne for his commitment to ensure a smooth transition. On behalf of my Board colleagues, I thank him for his immense contribution to Ibstock and wish him well in his retirement."
