Board Restructuring
iEnergizer, a high growth digital age publishing and technology leader, today announces the appointment of Mr. Anil Aggarwal as Interim Executive Director, replacing Sara Latham with immediate effect.
Mr. Aggarwal is the founder of the Company and plans to continue as Interim Executive Director until a suitable replacement is found. The Company is currently in advanced discussions with an individual who will permanently take on the role of executive director.
Sara Latham is stepping down from the Board to pursue interests which will preclude her from being a director going forward. Sara has served on the Board of iEnergizer since the IPO of the Company in 2010.
Marc Vassanelli, Non-Executive Chairman of iEnergizer, said:
"I would like to thank Sara for her significant input into the development of iEnergizer, initially under her stewardship as Chairperson and most recently as an Executive Director of the Company. The Board would like to put on record their thanks to her for her contribution."
