Treasury shares
On 2 September 2015, the Company transferred to a number participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 1,970 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,640,659 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,896,347 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
