The Company announces that on 3 February 2014 it transferred to a participant in its 2010 Sharesave Scheme 3,125 ordinary shares at Β£2.88 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,735,128 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,801,878 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
