Treasury shares
On 16 December 2015, the Company transferred to a participant in the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 44,220 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £3.00. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 13,051,783 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,485,223 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
