Statement re Post Trade Risk and Information Investor Day
London, 14th September 2010 - ICAP, the world's premier interdealer broker, will today hold an analyst and investor seminar at their offices at 2 Broadgate, London and tomorrow at Citigroup, Citi Midtown Conference Centre, 153 East 53rd Street, New York. The seminar will provide an opportunity for analysts and investors to learn more about the company's post trade risk and information businesses. Presentations on all aspects of the business will be given by ICAP plc's COO Mark Yallop and the senior management team. Following the company's first quarter interim management statement on 14 July 2010, no new material information on financial performance will be disclosed during the seminar.
A copy of the slides used in the presentation will be available at www.icap.com shortly after the seminar.
The company expects to issue a pre-close trading statement on 30 September 2010.
