ICAP PLC31 March 2008 ICAP plc (ICAP / the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Mr Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, has informed the Company thaton 28 March 2008 he sold in the market (on the London Stock Exchange) 125,705ordinary shares of the Company (0.02% of the shares in issue) at a price of£5.923235 per share. Mr Gregson's total holding following this sale is 102,190. Mr Gregson has stated to the Company that the principal reason for this sharesale was the increase in his effective capital gains tax rate after 5 April 2008from 10% to 18%.
