John Sievwright appointed Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee
London,Β 23 November 2009Β - ICAP plcΒ (IAP.L),Β the world's premier interdealer broker, announces thatΒ John Sievwright, who became a non-executive director of ICAP plc in July 2009, will become Chairman of theΒ Audit & Risk Committee from 1Β December 2009.
Nick Cosh is retiring as ChairmanΒ of the Audit & Risk CommitteeΒ on 30Β November 2009 after 9 years in the role. He will continue as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees until he retires from the Board on 31Β March 2010.
