ICAP PLC02 June 2006 ICAP plc ("ICAP") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the admission of a total of 36,100,234 ordinary shares of 10 penceeach in ICAP plc to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for thesesecurities to be admitted to trading. The application has been made in respect of shares that represent part of theconsideration payable to the shareholders of EBS Group Limited ("EBS") inconjunction with ICAP's acquisition of EBS.
