Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement
Further to the announcement made on 16 October 2015 stating that Neil Jones had resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer and from the Board of ITE Group Plc (the 'Company'), the following information is provided in accordance with Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006.
Mr Jones ceased to be a Board Director and employee of the Company at the close of business on 31 January 2016 and received his salary, pension and employee benefits up to this date, as outlined in the 2015 Directors' Remuneration Report. Mr Jones was not a participant in the 2016 annual bonus plan.
Upon his departure from the Group, Mr Jones' unvested long term share awards lapsed in full, in accordance with the rules of the ITE Group Plc Employees' Performance Share Plan 2004 and of the ITE Group Plc Employees' Performance Share Plan 2014.
No further payments were, or will be, made to Mr Jones in connection with his resignation from office.
Details of Mr Jones' remuneration will, where applicable, be disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ending 30 September 2016.
