ITE Group plc ("ITE") - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
ITE Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 4 December 2017 the following Directors were granted awards (in the form of conditional share awards) over ordinary shares of 1p of ITE Group Plc under the Rules of the 2017 Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('DSBP') as shown below:
