HydroDec Group plc25 May 2006 Hydrodec Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company - Replace This announcement replaces the announcement by the Company of 29 March 2006, RNSnumber 5641A, which incorrectly stated that Fidelity International Limited'sholding in the Company represented 15.89% of the Company's issued share capital.This should have read 9.75%. The announcement remains the same in all otherrespects. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below: The Company was notified on 27 March 2006 that, following acquisitions, FidelityInternational Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries now hold17,417,486 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company,representing approximately 9.75% of the Company's issued share capital. Theinterests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes inthe UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FIL, Mr Edward C. Johnson 3d.
