The Notice of the 2008 Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 October 2008 at the Haynes International Motor Museum, Sparkford, Somerset includes a resolution to amend the Articles of Association. The full text of the proposed amendment has been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2.
