HAYNES Publishing Group P.L.C. ("the Group") announces today that Dan Benhardus has given notice of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Finance Officer effective 31 May 2016 after 27 years with the Company.

This follows the announcement last week that Eric Oakley, Group Chief Executive, will also be retiring from the business on 31 May 2016, at the end of the Group's current financial year. It is a mark of Eric and Dan's integrity that they have given their fellow Board directors' ample notice of their intention to retire, which in turn will help to facilitate a non-disruptive process of succession planning.
