PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the date on which define persons entitled to exercise rights to issuable securities of the Issuer.

1. Type, category, series, and other identifying characteristics of the issuer's securities for which the date as of which persons entitled to exercise rights under them are to be determined is established: registered ordinary uncertificated shares, state registration number of the primary issue of securities and date of its state registration: 1-01-55038-Е, February 22, 2005, ISIN RU000A0JPKH7.

2. Rights assigned under the issuer's securities for which the date as of which persons entitled to exercise them are to be established is determined: a preemptive right to acquire additional ordinary shares by way of open subscription in an amount proportional to the number of the Company's ordinary shares belonging to them.

3. Date as of which persons entitled to exercise rights under the issuer's securities are to be determined: July 1, 2018.

4. Date and number of the minutes of the meeting of the issuer's competent management body where the decision on the date as of which persons entitled to exercise rights under the issuer's securities are to be determined (the date the list of owners of the issuer's securities for the purpose of exercising rights under the issuer's securities is to be drawn up) or another decision that serves as grounds for determining the said date was made: Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors No. 272 dated June 22, 2018.
