Hydro International PLC23 September 2005 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc ("the Company") Major contract wins and directors' share options Major contract wins Hydro is pleased to announce a number of significant contract wins from aroundthe Group. An order for £621,000 of Dynasand sand filters for Scottish Water hasbecome the first major contract for the newly acquired Vexamus business. In theUS two major contracts with a combined value of just over £1 million have beenawarded for the supply of Grit King separators for waste water treatment plants.The UK stormwater business saw the receipt of a £267,000 order for Stormblocwater infiltration storage for supply to the Heathrow Terminal 5. The delivery of all these significant contracts will benefit both 2005 and 2006financial years. Directors' share options Recent review of the Company's share scheme revealed that all schemes expired inAugust 2004. As a consequence the share options previously reported to have beengranted to directors on 17 September 2004 were invalid.
