Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement of the results of the firm placing, placing and open offer and the confirmation of the completion of the acquisition of the 75.1% of Harworth Estates Property Group Limited not already owned made on 24 March 2015, the following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 2,922,697,857ordinary shares of 1p each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,922,697,857
The above figure of 2,922,697,857may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Harworth Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
