Harworth 2020 Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that on 25 June 2020 it made awards of free shares under the SIP to all eligible employees, including the individuals noted below. The SIP is a tax advantaged all-employee share plan and, provided the free shares are not withdrawn from the SIP within 5 years of the award date, may be acquired free of income tax or National Insurance contributions.
