Coalfield Resources plc ("Coalfield Resources" or the "Company")
Confirmation of change of name to Harworth Group plc
Further to the announcement on 23 March 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that effective today, the Company has changed its name from Coalfield Resources plc to Harworth Group plc.
The Company will commence trading under the new TIDM, HWG, at 8:00am on 25 March 2015. The Company's Ordinary Shares' ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged as GB0007190720 and 0719072 respectively. The Company's corporate website will now be available at www.HarworthGroup.com.
All share certificates, representing those Ordinary Shares in certificated form, in the name of Coalfield Resources plc will remain valid. As and when transactions take place in shareholdings going forward, share certificates will be issued in the name of Harworth Group plc.
