TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Company announces that, during the period from 29 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 (inclusive), it purchased through Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch ("Deutsche Bank"), the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange:

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares to meet future obligations arising from Company employee share option programmes.
Following the purchase of the Shares, the Company holds 4,517,588 Shares in treasury and 549,725,084 Shares in issue (excluding those held as treasury shares). This figure (549,725,084) represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of UKLR 9.6.6.
