DIRECTORATE CHANGES
As previously reported, Howdens today announces that the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Tiffany Hall, having served as a non-executive director of the Company since 2010, has retired from the Board with immediate effect.
Geoff Drabble, who has been a non-executive director of Howdens since July 2015, will take on the role of Senior Independent Director, and Karen Caddick, who has been a non-executive director since September 2018, will take on the role of Remuneration Committee chair. Both appointments will take place with immediate effect.
There is no further information which is required to be disclosed in accordance with 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
