Havelock Europa PLC27 October 2005 Havelock Europa PLC 27 October 2005 Havelock Europa plc - Blocklisting of 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each("Ordinary Shares") Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a listing of 300,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to theOfficial List. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued OrdinaryShares of the Company. Following this admission, Havelock Europa will have34,763,512 Ordinary Shares in issue with a further 356,012 admitted but not yetissued. It is expected that admission of these share will take place on 28October 2005. These Ordinary Shares are to be admitted and will be issued as a result of thefuture exercise of options under the Executive share option scheme.
