Total Voting Rights

As at 30 September 2023 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 77,945,833 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 1,209,482 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 76,736,351. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
