Total Voting Rights

Hummingbird Resources plc ("Hummingbird" or the "Company") (AIM: HUM), announces the following update in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at 31 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 393,607,987 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The Company currently does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 March 2022 is 393,607,987.

The above figure of 393,607,987 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hummingbird under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
