The Board ofΒ HightexΒ has been notified by Gartmore UK & Irish Smaller Companies Fund that it participated in the placing announced todayΒ byΒ subscribingΒ for 8,333,334 new Hightex ordinary shares at the placing price of 3 pence per Hightex ordinary share.Β This shareholding isΒ equivalent to 5.62% of the issued share capital as enlarged by the placing.
