Directors Shareholding/PDMR
Hunting PLC today announces the following share awards granted under the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP") to the executive Directors.
Jim Johnson
On 19 April 2018, under the rules of the HPSP, Jim Johnson was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 286,624 shares in the capital of the Company.
Peter Rose
On 19 April 2018, under the rules of the HPSP, Peter Rose was granted conditional options at nil cost, to acquire 87,085 shares in the capital of the Company.
The performance measures of the 2018 awards are noted on page 76 of the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts.
The number of shares subject to the award are determined by using the closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC Ordinary share on the day prior to the date of grant, being 785 pence per share.
