("Hunting" or "the Company")
Directors Shareholding/PDMR
Hunting PLC today announces the following share awards granted under the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP") to the executive Directors of the Company.
Dennis Proctor
On 3 March 2017, under the rules of the HPSP, Dennis Proctor was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 523,733 shares in the capital of the Company.
Peter Rose
On 3 March 2017, under the rules of the HPSP, Peter Rose was granted conditional options at nil cost, to acquire 115,889 shares in the capital of the Company.
These awards will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant subject to performance conditions, in respect of TSR, EPS and ROCE.
The number of shares subject to the award are determined by using the closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC Ordinary share on the day prior to the date of grant, being 540p per share.
