Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
Keith Lough
The Company was informed today that Keith Lough has purchased 5,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 198.86 pence per share. The purchase took place on 26 August 2021.
Following this transaction Keith Lough's beneficial holding is 24,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.015% of the Company's share capital.
