On 29 April 2009, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Dennis Proctor was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 38,863 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 29 April 2012.

On 29 April 2009, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Peter Rose was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 29 April 2012.
