HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company announces that as at 6 January, 2017 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue was 131,627,733, of which 28,556,614 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 103,071,119 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
