Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Steve Langan, a PDMR, on 23 August 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each which he then sold on the same day at a price of £16.59 per share.
The transaction was executed in GBP.
