Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Bronislaw Masojada, Chief Executive Officer, that a person closely associated with him has sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company. The transaction took place on 31 August 2018 at a price of 16.95p per share and was executed in GBP.
