Hostelworld Group plc ("Hostelworld" or "the Company")
Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Hostelworld announces that on 17 May 2023 the following shares in the capital of the Company were issued (via the Company's employee benefit trust) to Gary Morrison and Caroline Sherry (the "PDMRs") to satisfy the vesting of awards granted to the PDMRs on 2 May 2020 under the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of (i) Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; and (ii) Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse which has effect in Ireland.
