CFO Appointment

21 August, 2018 - Hostelworld, the world's leading hostel-focused online booking platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of TJ Kelly as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Director of the Group, with effect from November 21 2018.

TJ is currently Chief Financial Officer of Glanbia plc's Performance Nutrition division. He joined Glanbia in 2006 as Group Financial Controller with responsibility for Investor Relations, before becoming CFO of the company's Performance Nutrition division in July 2012, based in Chicago. Glanbia is a global nutrition company, with operations in 32 countries, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange. Prior to his career with Glanbia, TJ held senior finance roles at Microsoft, GE Capital and eir. TJ is a Chartered Accountant and started his career at PwC.

There is no information to disclose under LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Authority's Listing Rules in respect of TJ Kelly's appointment.
