Hansteen Holdings plc19 March 2008 19 March 2008For Immediate Release Hansteen Holdings PLC ("the Company") Announcement of approval of reduction Court Approval of a Reduction of the Company's Share Premium Account Hansteen Holdings PLC (AIM: HSTN), the investor in continental European realestate, hereby gives notice that the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division)has today made an Order confirming that the share premium account of the Company be reduced by a sum of ÂŁ60,000,000. The Company will now register the Order at Companies House, upon which thereduction of the share premium account will take effect.
