Directors'Â and PDMRÂ Dealings
Hansteen (AIM: HSTN), announces that it was notified on 10 July 2009 that certain directors and a PDMR purchased ordinary shares pursuant to their entitlements in the Placing and Open Offer announced on 23 June 2009. Shares issued under the Placing Open Offer were admitted to trading on AIM on 10 July 2009 resulting in an enlarged issued share capital of 446,203,568 ordinary shares
The shares acquired by each director and the PDMR on 10 July 2009 and the percentages of the enlarged issued share capital held by each director and the PDMR following the purchases are as follows:

In addition to the interests held in the issued share capital of the company as disclosed above, as at 10 July 2009, R P Lowes holds 600,000 share options granted pursuant to the rules of the Hansteen Holdings PLC 2005 Share Option scheme (Section B) at exercise prices ranging from 71 pence per share to 100 pence per share. The 600,000 options represent 0.13% of the enlarged issued share capital.
