BOARD CHANGE
Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the investor in urban multi-let industrial property, announces that Margaret Young has advised the Board of her intention to step down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018.
Margaret Young, commented: "I have now completed three years at Hansteen and given the successful disposal of some large portfolios during the past eighteen months, the Company is now much smaller and I feel it is appropriate to step down and concentrate on my other non-executive roles".
Melvyn Egglenton, Chairman, added: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Margaret for her significant contribution to our deliberations generally and hard work as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees. The Board has benefitted from her considerable corporate and governance experience during her time with us".
