Blocklisting Application

Hansteen Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,700,000 ordinary shares of 10p each.

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Hansteen Holdings PLC 2005 Share Option Scheme. The shares are expected to be blocklisted on 26 November 2013 and when issued will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
