Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces it was notified today that on 25 January 2019 Gary Hoffman, a Director of the Company, entered into a personal loan arrangement ("Loan") with Barclays Bank UK plc ("Bank") and granted a pledge in favour of the Bank over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") as security in connection with the Loan.
Details are set out below along with the Director's beneficial interests, which remain unchanged.
