Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces it was notified on 12 June 2017 that on 12 June 2017, Richard Brewster, Director of the Company disposed of 24,021 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for £3.1827 per share.
Following the disposal, Richard Brewster continues to have an interest in 9,059,201 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.38 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
