The Company announces it was notified today that on 18 September 2018 Toby van der Meer, Director of the Company, disposed of 129,536 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for £2.69 per Ordinary share.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
