Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hastings Group Holdings plc was notified on 30 March 2017 that, on 29 March 2017, Sue Amies-King, Non-Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 275.15 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Sue Amies-King is directly interested in 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's total voting rights.
This notification is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
