The Company'sĀ issuedĀ shareĀ capital consists ofĀ 26,955,816 ordinary shares with a nominal value ofĀ 10p each ('Ordinary Shares').Ā The CompanyĀ does not holdĀ anyĀ OrdinaryĀ Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of votingĀ rights inĀ the CompanyĀ isĀ 26,955,816.

The figure ofĀ 26,955,816 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Ā the CompanyĀ under the FSA's Disclosure andĀ TransparencyĀ Rules.
