('GSInc') that, as at the close of business on 23 May 2006, it was interested in947,750 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.00 per cent.of the issued share capital of the Company. Of this holding, 923,350 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by GoldmanSachs International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS Inc. and 24,400shares are held by Goldman, Sachs & Co, a direct subsidiary of GS Inc., actingas discretionary manager.
