Exercise of Options

TheΒ CompanyΒ announces thatΒ at a board meeting held onΒ 26Β January 2009 itΒ allottedΒ 2,387Β ordinary shares of 10 pence eachΒ in the CompanyΒ ("Ordinary Shares") followingΒ an exercise of optionsΒ byΒ aΒ memberΒ of the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. These options were exercised at a price of 218p per Ordinary Share.Β 

As a result the Company now has 26,276,160Β Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights.Β 

An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as is practicable.
