Block Listing Application  

Hargreaves Services plc announces that application has been made to AIM for a block listing of 121,515 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Hargreaves Services plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").
