Future retirement of Co-Fund Manager

After 22 years as Fund Manager of the Company, and over 36 years in financial services, Neil Hermon has decided to retire from Janus Henderson Investors and the asset management industry on 30 September 2025.

Indriatti van Hien, Co-Fund Manager, will continue to manage the portfolio according to its fundamental ethos, as she and Neil have successfully done for the past 9 years. Having joined Janus Henderson as a UK Equities analyst in 2011, Indriatti was appointed Deputy Fund-Manager of the Company in 2016, and Co-Fund Manager in January 2025. She also manages the Janus Henderson UK Smaller Companies Fund and Janus Henderson UK Alpha Fund. Indriatti will continue to be supported by the well-resourced UK Equities team, including Shivam Sedani who has worked closely with both Neil and Indriatti since joining Janus Henderson in 2017.

Neil will remain in his current role until his retirement, working closely with Indriatti and the team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities. There will be no change to the Company's investment objective or strategy.
