The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Gregory as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2011.
Philip is currently the non-executive chairman of Medicals Direct Group Limited.Β He is a chartered accountant. He has been CEO of HSBC Insurance Brokers Limited, Tullett & Tokyo Liberty plc and Municipal Mutual Insurance Limited; and CFO of Marsh - Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Sema Group plc.
Philip will be joining the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees of the Company.
Commenting on the appointment Dr Leonard Polonsky, Executive Chairman of the Company, said "We are delighted to welcome Philip Gregory to the Board. He has a wealth of experience to bring to the Board and my fellow Directors and I look forward to working with him in the years to come."
