Resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General
Shareholders' Meeting held on 10 September 2013
Following the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on 10 September 2013, the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank (LSE: HSBK) hereby announces resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting.
The following resolutions on items of the agenda have been adopted:
1. The agenda of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of JSC Halyk Bank as of 10 September 2013 was approved by the majority of JSC Halyk Bank's total voting shares.
2. Mr. Arman Dunayev was elected the new member to the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank in the capacity of an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank, by a simple majority of JSC Halyk Bank's total voting shares.
The term of authorities of Mr. Dunayev, the newly elected member of the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank, was determined as commencing from the moment of election until expiry of the term of the existing Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank as set by the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on 21 April 2011.
